Up for auction is DC comics showcase #22 1st appearance and origin of the silver age Green Lantern/Hal Jordan printed in 1959. Book is 100% original and complete NO RESTORATION. This book has been in my personal collection for 20+ years locked in a vault in a smoke free home. I did my best to show the book in detail via pics, the interior pages feel as they should, not brittle. Cover is tight on the staples, no tears or missing pieces anywhere. Cover has nice gloss, book has nice color throughout. I am not a professional comic grader but having the book in front of me and looking at overstreets grading scale I would think it's at least a 6.5-7.0 but as I said not a professional so no guarantee of grade, please use photos provided and judge for yourself. What you see is what you will get. If you have any questions at all please ask before bidding. The book will ship bagged and boarded and inside of a mylar sleeve with another board slipped in front and then that will be well protected and packaged and then shipped in a box with insurance.
