One of the most sought after books on the planet, here is a stunning Batman 1 CGC (Apparent) 9.2 with OFF-WHITE TO WHITE Pages!  This monster key issue from 1940 contains the 1st appearance of the Joker & the Cat (Catwoman).   Out of 228 copies graded by CGC this is the highest grade ever awarded by them, (one unrestored and six restored...data as of 9/16).  Overstreet 46 lists this book in 9.2 unrestored at $550,000 making my asking price 12.73% of that and if the sole unrestored 9.2 ever came to market a $1,000,000 haul would not be out of the question thus making this restored copy only 7% of that!  How cheap do restored books have to be?!  Note: the white line in the "M" in "BAT-MAN" is on on the case.
