RETURN POLICY: We offer a 30 day return policy under certain circumstances and at the Seller’s sole discretion. The original shipping charges are not refundable and there is a 10% restocking fee. The item(s) will need to be returned in the original condition they were shipped out in. Buyer pays return shipping.
COMBINED SHIPPING: Domestically, we do combine shipping on almost all items with the exception being very large or expensive packages. For larger items the final shipping price depends upon the size and weight. In order for us to combine shipping you do need to wait for us to send you a combined invoice before paying.
GRADING POLICY: Please keep in mind that grading is a matter of opinion and not an exact science. As you can see from my feedback the vast majority of buyers are happy with my grading. However if you are unfamiliar with how we grade (or just picky) you should always ask questions before bidding. We do not accept returns just because you feel the item is in F condition and we graded it as F+. It is up to you to determine item's grade using provided pictures and asking questions.
COMMUNICATION: If there is a problem with your order always email me first before leaving feedback or opening a dispute. It is never our intent to "rip" anyone off. But if you don't make us aware of the problem we can't fix it. Also keep in mind that we are collectors ourselves not a large business with multiple employees.
