Offered here is a Rare copy of ACTION COMICS #13 - CGC Graded 5.0, features the 4th SUPERMAN Cover in Action Comics. The book has extensive restoration but is still a very nice book, displays very well, a great copy of this truly rare book. I have a photo of the label for all the grade notes. Cover art by Joe Shuster.
