57 Silver Age Marvel Comic Books - mostly 1960's (list below)Lot 1 (Note: 1 is coverless - bottom of list)
The comics listed below are included in this lot. See pics below - most comics from 1973 or newer are in exceptional condition, older ones were traded for when I was a kid and are likely to be in well-read condition. I also traded for issues from the 1940s and 1950s that are very well-worn. In the interest of getting these out the door before I move, I am placing most of them in very large lots like this one, and will not be accepting returns on the large lots, unless there is an error on my part. For 1-2 comic lots with scans, I will gladly accept returns, less shipping costs. There should be 12-15 large lots over the next week, then smaller comic lots of more valuable issues.
Large lots such as this one are already wrapped, packed and sealed, and because of this, I will not be opening and unpacking boxes to answer additional condition questions, and will not be modifying lots. I understand that some grouping are not ideal, but with over 800 comics to sell, this is what I came up with. I am not a comic book dealer - all of my comics will be put on ebay over the next few days and ALL are already boxed up (I normally sell pre-wwii baseball cards and photos).
The photos shown should give you an accurate idea as to condition, but additional detail is given below for any glaring problems. I may have missed some things such as loose pages, writing on pages, clipped coupons or page tears, so please bid accordingly. There is also a chance that I may have made a mistake or two on the dates in the list, so please check the images carefully.
All comics in this lot have already been packed in a medium USPS priority mail box - as such, if you win multiple lots, you will almost certainly receive multiple packages (no combined shipping), and will be charged a flat-rate of $13.00 for shipping and insurance for each box. Other lots may be shipped by priority mailer or by media mail, depending on lot description, so please be patient. Because they are all packed already, I will ship first thing in the morning the day after the auction ends.
Please note: Washington state residents will be charged 9.5% sales tax.
